Our Story
We’ve
come a long way, baby! In March of 1999 we opened our doors as a
Buffalo’s Cafe franchise, and ran that way for two great
years.
In February of 2001 owners Amanda Gallagher and her father, Tony
Hinson, decided that Murfreesboro needed something more unique, and
Coconut Bay Cafe was born!
Coconut
Bay is fresh and fun! A beach-themed happening place with a
huge party deck, and yet a place to bring the kids for a fun family
night out! It hasn’t been an easy journey, but
we’ve made
Coconut Bay Cafe a huge success!
We
are constantly adding hip new things to our restaurant to appeal to
all crowds. Every year we work with various charities and radio
stations - even reality TV! We always give back to those who got us
where we are today, yet our motto remains the same: Work Hard... Play
Harder at the Bay! This is something our management and staff strongly
believe sets us apart, and we work hard to keep our patrons feeling
that way!
Come
on down and check us out! We promise good food, fun and spirits at
the Bay!
Our Mission
We
aim to enrich the lives of our guests, employees and owners. We do
this through superior quality food and beverages, legendary customer
service, sales growth, cost controls, and by treating our employees
like they are family. We believe that our employees are our most
important resource, and that our success depends upon creating and
retaining a staff capable of delivering an exceptional experience to
every customer, every time.
